Swiss software company building a fintech monitoring and open-banking compliance platform.
  • Built multi-tenant architecture scoping all tenant data within a shared database.
  • Built a 5-channel alert pipeline: SMS (Twilio), email (SendGrid), Slack, Discord and Zapier.
  • Implemented incident tracking, maintenance windows and heartbeat monitoring.
  • Extending the platform into open-banking compliance checking and evidence collection.
Backend Engineer — Contract - Hiba Logics January 2021 - February 2025 (Pakistan)
Software consultancy delivering backend systems for clients in real estate, engineering consultancy, logistics and B2B sales.
  • Built a sales CRM for ~20 reps with Calendly webhook sync (HMAC-SHA256), RBAC and audit trail.
  • Designed a 3-step chatbot that checks knowledge base and pattern matching first, calling the LLM only as a last resort.
